Leaving a gift in your Will

By leaving a gift in your Will to No Limits you will make a difference to the vulnerable children and young people we see every day. Your gift will go directly towards helping young people in need, and will ensure that the Charity is here to help our future generations. Leaving a gift in your Will is a very generous act which will enable us to continue to help more and more individuals each year. Thank you.

What to do if you don’t have a Will.

If you do not have a Will at the moment you should consider making one as without one, the law would determine how your assets are shared out regardless of what you would have wanted. To make a Will you may need to see a Solicitor and although you will have to pay a fee, you will receive sound professional advice and can be sure that your wishes are achieved.

I want to leave a gift in my will.

To leave a gift in your Will, you will need to contact your Solicitor to advise them of your wishes. There are two types of gift that you can leave in your Will:

Residuary gift - you can choose to leave a share, or the whole amount, of what is left in your estate once you have provided for your loved ones.

Pecuniary gift - you can choose to give a gift of a fixed amount of money

Please contact us for more details and thank you for leaving a gift of a lifetime...
