Anger Management
Our Anger Management groups are for people who feel scared or controlled by their angry feelings. Through the group, you will learn the difference between healthy and unhealthy anger, how it can affect your wellbeing and ways to manage it better.
Anger Management groups run for six weeks at our Southampton City Centre drop-in centre. There are normally between 6 and 12 young people who are part of the group. You will get the time and space to talk about your anger and the way it makes you feel and lots of support from our staff and other group members. We will help you work out how to control your anger and how to recognise what triggers you to feel angry. You may also find that other members of the group have been through the same as you.
