If you want information about drugs or alcohol, or if you think that you may have a problem with drugs or alcohol the No Limits can help.

Our specialist project to help all young people in Southampton under the age of 19 with any problems they have with drugs and alcohol is called DASH.

You can have free,   fast tracked,  confidential counselling with one of our trained counsellors. Or you might want one to one support with your own support worker at school, home, or the community, its up to you!
